To create an innovative garden design that suits your lifestyle we first need to understand your requirements, how you use your garden, what you would like to achieve in your space as well as your interests, style and budget. Design and material options may be discussed. Following the consultation Blackwater Landscapes will forward a design proposal outlining the fee to develop a concept plan.
The concept plan outlines the structural layout of the space, material and plant suggestions, elevations if required and mood images. At this stage we will also provide you with a construction or installation cost estimate to ensure the concept meets your budget and requirements.
Once you have approved the concept plan further documentation may be needed including detailed drawings of structures, footings, finishing details, planting, lighting etc.
Following the completion of all drawings a detailed itemised quotation is provided to bring the vision to life.
This is a 1 – 1.5 hr consultation where your garden will be discussed. Plants, materials as well as a possible layout will be suggested during the consultation.
